What ages will you see?

We currently see young adults between 19 – 30 years of age. We also see teens between 10 – 18 years of age.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We understand that unexpected events come up, schedules shift, or other life things happen. If so, we ask that you provide 24-hour advance notice on the online scheduling portal.

If I cancel my appointment am I still charged?

Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of your appointment will not be charged. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full amount of the service booked. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

How can I cancel my appointment?

An email, text, or social media message does NOT qualify as a cancellation. We’re all busy people, so we ask that you use the online scheduling portal you used to first schedule the appointment.

Do you accept insurance?

What can I expect on my first visit?

Imagine a table between us. This first session is for you to unload everything you’ve been carrying onto the table and put it all out there. Once you’re done, we’ll look at the table and pick which struggle you want to work on first.

How long will therapy take?

Each session is 45 minutes. In terms of the amount of sessions, our team is highly futuristic, so we schedule out three months if this is something you want to do. If we meet up, great. If not, we can delete appointments. Once we hit our benchmark, we re-assess and plan out another three months if need be.

Are the sessions online or in person?

We offer both in person and virtual sessions. For virtual sessions, you can access your session appointment on the online scheduling portal or by email where a link will be sent to you. It is important to note that our virtual session time is on a secure network.
