Hello,
I’m Kaitlen Forman and a few years ago my chiropractor, Dr. Nicole Jackson at Grounded Wellness started to encourage me to begin building the passions and dreams I had in my heart. Fast forward to today, and those dreams have become reality through a lot of planning, sleepless nights, hard work, and a few moments of, “What in the world am I doing?!?!”
But without a shadow of a doubt, I KNOW that Valley to Moutain is needed. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why. There are a lot of people who need help, and I’m just one person. The more we unite, the more people we can help, and the more change we can bring to this world—for the better.
