I became a counselor because I believe no one should have to navigate life's hardest seasons alone. It's a privilege to walk alongside people as they find hope, healing, and the confidence to move forward.

Outside of counseling, my favorite role is being a wife and mom. I love spending time with my husband and our three kids, reading a good book with a latte in hand, working out, traveling, and making memories with the people I love. I value authenticity, simplicity, and meaningful relationships, and those same values shape the way I show up in the counseling room.

My Christian faith is one of the most important parts of who I am. It shapes the way I see people—with compassion, grace, dignity, and hope—and influences the way I care for those I have the privilege of working with each day. While I welcome clients from all backgrounds and beliefs, I'm also happy to incorporate faith into counseling for those who desire it.
